Students Artwork Bulletin Board

I use magnets in my classes to teach numbers in a fun way. Students have so much fun sticking them on the white board.

They race to put them in order, add and subtract numbers, set the date of the day using them...,etc. These magnets come in different colors and sizes.

Students learn best by experiencing  new things. The pocket chart is a good teaching tool that students love to use.

When i first started teaching, I made my own pocket chart at home. I got a glue gun, clear plastic, colored duct tape, and a stapler.

I used it for years till I finally got a ready-made one from the "Teachers Supplies Store" with a double pocket chart stand.
